Rabid Pool never holds your PRL. When a block is found, your share is written straight into that block’s coinbase transaction and paid to your own prl1p… address by the Pearl network itself. There is no pool wallet, no balance sitting with us, and nothing to withdraw.

Rabid Pool does not cap its share of network hashrate. Mine as much as you want here — there is no self-imposed limit.

Every miner is weighted by the difficulty of the shares they submitted, not the number — a small ASIC on low difficulty and a large one on high difficulty are compared on equal terms. PPLNS only — SOLO miners mine their own rounds and are listed separately below.

SOLO miners mine their own independent rounds. Their work never enters the PPLNS window, and a solved block pays that miner's address directly.

prl1p…) before you point a miner at it. We cannot tell an exchange address from a personal one, so the pool will pay whatever address you give it. For long-term holding, use a wallet you control — the Pearl Desktop Wallet is the official one.

One set of ports. Every connection starts at a low difficulty and vardiff settles it within a couple of minutes, aiming for about one share every 12 seconds per connection (a Pearl share is a ~200 KB proof, so the pool keeps the rate modest).
On port 9934 your miner gets its own coinbase: if your hashrate solves a block, that block pays your address 99% of the whole reward and the pool 1%, in the block itself. Nothing is shared with other miners and nothing waits on a payout window — but between blocks you earn nothing, so at ordinary hashrate expect very long gaps.
Same username rules as PPLNS: your prl1p… address as the username, optional .worker. SOLO blocks pay the pool’s 1% to their own fee address, prl1pa7gyh4gz2p39vejysf7dgsjv2xwtv3066yk6pddy97vgrf3c38uq6nq88z — anyone can tell a Rabid SOLO block from a PPLNS one on a block explorer.

Pool-wide numbers — hashrate, blocks found, fee taken, top miners — are on the Coins page.
Technically yes — the pool pays whatever prl1p… address you give it — but check first. Our minimum payout is 1 PRL, chosen so a payout always clears an exchange with a 1 PRL minimum deposit. Some exchanges set a higher minimum or hold deposits of newly mined coins; the exchange’s own deposit page is the authority. We cannot tell an exchange address from a personal one, and a payout sent to an address that the exchange does not credit is not something we can recover. If you are unsure, mine to the Pearl Desktop Wallet and send to the exchange yourself.
A Pearl Taproot address starting prl1p. Create one in the official Pearl Desktop Wallet (Receive screen). Addresses for other coins, or Pearl addresses of another type, are refused at connect.
A GPU and pearlhash mining software. We tested with SRBMiner-MULTI 3.6.9 on an NVIDIA RTX 4090 (--algorithm pearlhash --pool prl.rabidmining.com:9933 --wallet YOUR_ADDRESS.WORKER). Other pearlhash miners that speak the same stratum protocol may work too — if yours does not, tell us on Discord.
Coinbase outputs unlock at 100 confirmations. At Pearl’s ~3 minute 14 second block time that is about 5½ hours.
A block pays about 2,290 PRL (subsidy plus fees; the live figure is on the Pool tab). The pool keeps 1% and the rest is split across miners by their PPLNS shares, in the block itself.
Fee: 1% on both PPLNS and SOLO. Minimum payout: 1 PRL; smaller balances carry to your next block. There is no withdrawal and no withdrawal fee — you are paid in the block.
A Pearl share is a proof of about 200 KB, so the pool tunes each connection to roughly one share every 12 seconds instead of many per second. That is normal; your hashrate is measured from the difficulty of those shares.
Two different numbers, both on your stats page. Blocks your workers solved is how many blocks your hardware found the winning proof for — a vanity stat. Blocks you earned from is the one that matters: every block where your shares were in the PPLNS window pays you, whoever solved it.
Yes, on-chain. Every block in Recent Rabid Pool blocks links its coinbase transaction, and your address appears in it with the amount the pool page shows.
Yes. Point your miner at prl.rabidmining.com:9934 with your prl1p address. A block your hashrate solves pays your address 99% of the reward and the pool 1%, directly in its coinbase. Solo is all-or-nothing: at small hashrate the wait between blocks is very long — PPLNS on :9933 smooths that out.
No. Your payout is written into each block’s coinbase and paid to your own address by the network — the pool never holds your PRL, and there is nothing to withdraw.
No. This pool runs with no hashrate cap.
No. Pearl is its own chain with its own proof-of-work (pearlhash, a zero-knowledge proof of matrix computation). Rabid Pool is an independent project, not affiliated with Pearl Research Labs.
