LTC and DOGE miner counts come from the same shared connection pool (one gateway serves both), so they track together — DOGE's count may run slightly lower since it only includes miners who supplied a DOGE address.

Solo miners mine their own independent rounds. Their work never enters the PPLNS window, and a solved block pays that miner's address directly.

Every miner is weighted by the difficulty of the shares they submitted, not the number — a small ASIC on low difficulty and a large one on high difficulty are compared on equal terms. This one shared connection pool mines both LTC and DOGE at once, so hashrate here is the same for both.

“Worth when found” uses the exchange price at the time the block was found; “worth now” uses today’s price. Coins are exactly what the block paid you.
LTC is Scrypt proof-of-work, and DOGE uses the exact same algorithm and accepts LTC's proof-of-work as its own (AuxPoW) — so every share your miner finds is checked against both chains at once, at no extra hashing cost. The pool builds the DOGE coinbase directly from your address the same way it builds the LTC one, so it's still non-custodial: your DOGE address goes in the stratum password field (doge=D…) alongside your LTC address in the username, because most ASIC firmware only gives you one username field.
No — DOGE is optional. Leave the password blank (or x) and you'll only be paid in LTC. Add a DOGE address any time by reconnecting with a new password; there's no signup, so it takes effect on your next connection.
1%, on both LTC and DOGE, no promos, same rate as every coin on Rabid Pool. Taken directly from each coinbase — never a separate transaction, never from your balance.
No. The pool builds the coinbase transaction for both chains directly, paying your address in the block itself — same as PPLNS on every other coin here. The pool never controls a whole Dogecoin block for itself; when no miner in the current payout window has opted into DOGE, the pool simply mines the DOGE side for the subsidy alone rather than claim a miner's share.
LTC pays out at 0.00002 LTC minimum; DOGE at 0.05 DOGE minimum — both matured (100 confirmations on LTC, 30 on DOGE) before they're spendable.
Yes. Point your miner at :9434 instead of :9433, same username and password rules. If your Litecoin hardware finds a block, it pays your own LTC address 99% and the pool 1%. If you also gave a DOGE address, a Dogecoin block your hash finds pays your own DOGE address 99% and the pool 1% — a separate block, on its own chain, built just for you. SOLO is all-or-nothing on each chain: nothing until you find a block, then the whole thing. PPLNS on :9433 smooths that out by sharing with everyone else.
ltc.rabidmining.com:9433 always works and is the simplest choice. If you want to pick a specific region yourself, the lists NA East (Montréal, direct), NA West (Oregon), Europe (Frankfurt) and Asia (Singapore) relays with a real round-trip latency reading from your own browser.
