Every miner is weighted by the difficulty of the shares they submitted, not the number — a small ASIC on low difficulty and a large one on high difficulty are compared on equal terms. PPLNS only — SOLO miners mine their own rounds and are listed separately below.

SOLO miners mine their own independent rounds. Their work never enters the PPLNS window, and a solved block pays that miner's address directly.

Why rentals get their own ports: a rental arrives with its full hashrate all at once. The normal ports start every miner at a low difficulty and ramp up, so a big rental would get buried in tiny shares at first — some rental services mark a pool as broken when that happens. The rental ports start at 1,048,576 instead. It’s the same pool, the same payouts and the same 1% fee — only the starting difficulty differs. Using a rental port with a home miner won’t earn you more; a small miner just waits longer between shares.
On port 5334 your miner gets its own coinbase: if your hashrate solves a block, that block pays your address 99% of the whole reward and the pool 1%, in the block itself. Nothing is shared with other miners and nothing waits on a payout window — but between blocks you earn nothing, so at ordinary hashrate expect very long gaps.
Same username rules as PPLNS: your BTC address as the username, optional .worker, password x or d=65536. Solo blocks carry Rabid Pool SOLO in the coinbase, so anyone can verify them on a block explorer.

Pool-wide numbers — hashrate, blocks found, fee taken, top miners — are on the Coins page BTC card.
Any SHA-256d ASIC that supports a custom Stratum URL — the same silicon used for Bitcoin itself (Antminer S9 and newer, Whatsminer, Avalon, and similar).
Coinbase outputs mature at 100 confirmations. At the current ~10-minute block time that's roughly 16-17 hours, depending on network conditions at the time.
3.125 BTC per block. After the 1% pool fee that's 3.09375 BTC, split across miners by their PPLNS shares in the same coinbase transaction.
Two different numbers, both on your stats page. Blocks your workers solved is how many blocks your specific hardware submitted the winning share for — a vanity stat, fun to watch, but it does not change your earnings. Blocks you earned from is the one that matters: every block where your shares were in the PPLNS window pays you, no matter whose rig solved it.
A block's coinbase transaction can only hold so many payout outputs. On BTC that budget is intentionally small right now, sized to fit the smallest real coinbase your hardware itself builds — so as the pool grows, a block may pay fewer miners at once than XBT does. Anything that doesn't fit is carried to the next block and paid as soon as a slot opens; a carried amount is a claim on the next block, never coins the pool is holding.

Yes. Point your miner or rental at stratum+tcp://btc.rabidmining.com:5334 with your BTC address as the username. A block your hashrate solves pays your address 99% of the reward and the pool 1%, directly in its coinbase. Braiins Hashpower works on every port (8-byte extranonce, version rolling); rentals should use :5344 for solo or :5343 for PPLNS, which start at difficulty 1,048,576. Solo is all-or-nothing: at a small hashrate the wait between blocks is very long — that is what PPLNS on :5333 smooths out.
No. This pool runs with no hashrate cap.
